Welcome to Clicknary ("Clicknary.com", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website (https://clicknary.com) and our social media management subscription services.

By subscribing to our services, booking a consultation, or browsing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Scope & Deliverables

Clicknary provides monthly managed social media services for small businesses, clinics, cafes, professionals, and retail stores in India under our flat package (₹3,000/month unless custom terms are agreed upon in writing).

• Post Volume: 3 custom-designed professional graphic posts per day (90 total posts per calendar month).
• Copywriting & Hashtags: Persuasive sales captions and localized hashtag research for each post.
• Multi-Platform Publishing: Scheduling and publishing to Instagram and Facebook business pages.
• Content Approvals: Content schedules are shared in advance via WhatsApp or Email for client review.

2. Onboarding & Client Responsibilities

To deliver quality daily posts on schedule, clients agree to provide:

• Accurate business logo files, brand style preferences, product/service images, or relevant photos during the initial 10-minute onboarding.
• Temporary social media account access or Facebook Business Manager authorization required for automated scheduling.
• Timely feedback on proposed monthly/weekly content calendars.

3. Pricing, Billing & Payment Terms

• Flat Monthly Fee: Our standard package is billed at ₹3,000 / month on a recurring prepaid basis.
• Zero Lock-in Contract: Services are billed month-to-month. There are no mandatory 3-month or 6-month lock-in periods.
• Cancellation Policy: You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time prior to the renewal date by contacting our team via WhatsApp. No cancellation fees apply.
• Refunds: Payments for active service cycles already underway are non-refundable once content design and calendar scheduling have been delivered.

4. Intellectual Property & Asset Ownership

All final custom graphic designs, post captions, and marketing assets created by Clicknary for your account become 100% your property upon receipt of monthly payment. Clicknary retains the right to feature completed designs in our portfolio or marketing case studies unless specifically requested otherwise in writing.

5. Account Security & Platform Guidelines

While Clicknary enforces strict security measures when publishing content to client profiles, clients remain responsible for keeping their primary account passwords secure. Clicknary is not liable for account suspensions or penalties caused by client-initiated policy violations on Facebook or Instagram.

6. Limitation of Liability

Clicknary provides organic social media management designed to improve brand authority, consistency, and reach. However, organic social media reach and lead generation depend on multiple external factors including algorithm updates, audience interest, and market trends. We do not guarantee specific sales or revenue figures.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

8. Modifications to Terms

Clicknary reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
